1. Acceptance of Risk and Responsibility

By participating in our activities and tours, clients acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and the possibility of accidents. Participation in activities such as horseback riding, parasailing, zip-lining, ATV rides, snorkeling, jet ski use, and visits to animal parks (including interaction with monkeys and sloths) is undertaken at the client’s own risk.

2. Physical and Health Conditions

Clients must ensure they are in suitable physical and health conditions to participate in the selected activities. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Custom Roatan Adventures’ staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to participating in the activities.

3. Supervision and Safety

Our staff is trained to provide instructions and safety measures. However, clients must follow all instructions and rules provided by the staff. Failure to adhere to instructions and rules may result in termination of participation without a refund.

4. Equipment Use

Any equipment provided for the activities (such as horseback riding, parasailing, zip-lining harnesses, snorkeling gear, ATVs, and jet skis) must be used according to the staff’s instructions. Custom Roatan Adventures is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the improper use of equipment.

5. Animals

Interaction with animals in the park is supervised by trained staff. Although all possible precautions are taken, animals are unpredictable by nature. Custom Roatan Adventures is not responsible for any incidents that may occur during interaction with the animals.

6. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions. Custom Roatan Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, alternatives or refunds will be offered according to company policy.

7. Release of Liability

By signing this document, the client agrees to release and discharge Custom Roatan Adventures, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from participation in the activities offered by the company.

8. Informed Consent

The client confirms that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth. The client signs voluntarily and with full knowledge of the risks associated with the activities.
